Subject: VIX Ranch -Regarding Public Notice
Dear Mr. Waller,
I was with David Carlson and Jeanne Hudson over the Thanksgiving holiday and thereafter at their home in
Colorado, next to the property line adjustment, and my home at 1777 CR 241. Therefore there was knowledge that I
was not in Dallas to receive the certified mail with the Public Notice. The online tracking information shows the mail was
received by somebody at my home on November 28 and the deadline to respond was November 30.
There is a $21,000 payment due in correlation with the property line adjustment or for the property line adjustment as
well as a water share agreement. I did not see those contingencies attached or referenced in the property line
adjustment and it seems that legally the property line adjustment should be contingent upon those factors.
