REDLINED NUMERICAL NOTATIONS ON PLANS REFER TO ANNOTATED ITEMS ON THE ATTACHED "RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW LIST". 3) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE WET -SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR IS REQUIRED AT UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT STRUCTURE IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING SETBACKS. ALL EXTERIOR WALLS & ROOF PROJECTIONS LOCATED WITHIN 10 FEET FROM ADJACENT EXISTING HOMES (AS MEASURED FROM ROOF EAVE TO ROOF EAVE) -SHALL COMPLY WITH FIRE RATING REQUIREMENTS AS PER I.R.C., TABLE R302.1(1) 4) GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER TO PROVIDE OPEN -HOLE INSPECTION REPORT VERIFYING 1,500 P.S.F. BEARING CAPACITY REQUIREMENT. GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER ALSO SHALL VERIFY PLACEMENT OF COMPACTED STRUCTURAL FILL AS PER SOILS REPORT. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S SEALED APPROVAL REPORT AT UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION PRIOR TO INITIAL CONCRETE POUR. 5) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF STRUCTURAL CONCRETE MAT SLAB FOUNDATION INCLUDING: PLACEMENT OF STEEL REINFORCING BARS, ANCHOR BOLTS AND FORMWORK. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S SEALED APPROVAL REPORT (WET -STAMPED & SIGNED) FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION. 6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
