1) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.)

2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES AS NOTED
ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 3000 P.S.F.
4) PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY A WATER
TREATMENT SYSTEM SHALL BE IN PLACE AND OPERATIONAL AS REQUIRED TO MEET
E.P.A. DRINKING WATER STANDARDS AS SET FORTH IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR'S DETERMINATION LETTER DATED JULY 27, 2017 (AND
SUBSEQUENTLY CORRECTED ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2017).
5) PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINAL
APPROVAL/SIGN-OFF FROM GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT. FOR ON-SITE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM.
6) PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY OWNER SHALL DEMONSTRATE
COMPLIANCE WITH INSTALLATION OF A REQUIRED 1000 GALLON WATER STORAGE
TANK (AS PER REQUIREMENTS OF THE FINAL PLAT).
7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING & INSPECTIONS BY STATE OF COLORADO ELECTRICAL BOARD.
PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVALS PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
