1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.)
AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON
PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1,200 P.S.F.
4) PRIOR TO FOUNDATION INSPECTION BUILDING LOCATION TO BE STAKED/CERTIFIED BY
PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR TO CONFIRM BUILDING IS LOCATED WITHIN THE
PLATTED BUILDING ENVELOPE.
5) ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT REQUIRES INSTALLATION OF RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER
SYSTEM. VERIFY REQUIREMENTS & COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH RIFLE FIRE
DISTRICT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF FIRE DISTRICT'S ROUGH -IN INSPECTION PRIOR TO
FRAME INSPECTION. FIRE DISTRICT SIGN-OFF/APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
6) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE SIGN-OFF/APPROVAL
REPORT FROM PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION
& CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
