NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1,200 P.S.F. 4) PRIOR TO FOUNDATION INSPECTION BUILDING LOCATION TO BE STAKED/CERTIFIED BY PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR TO CONFIRM BUILDING IS LOCATED WITHIN THE PLATTED BUILDING ENVELOPE. 5) ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT REQUIRES INSTALLATION OF RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM. VERIFY REQUIREMENTS & COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH RIFLE FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF FIRE DISTRICT'S ROUGH -IN INSPECTION PRIOR TO FRAME INSPECTION. FIRE DISTRICT SIGN-OFF/APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE SIGN-OFF/APPROVAL REPORT FROM PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
