124 Ponderosa Pass, Preliminary Design Review Comments/ Approval
Dear Blue Creek Ranch DRC,
Upon review of the Design Review Package dated 7/15/2019 for 124 Ponderosa Pass, I
recommend preliminary approval. Furthermore, if the design does not substantially change, I
recommend final approval as well, given the limited impact this remodel has on the exterior of
the home. I would request that the Owner or their representative share with us a copy of their
final building permit set, along with structural engineering at or before the time of permit
submittal. Additionally, if they are to propose any landscaping improvements, plans or a written
description should be provided for HOA approval.
