Lift Procedure
Contractor will attempt to lift foundation. Ability to lift foundation will be subject to field condtions and restoring foundation to original
position is not guaranteed. Customer is aware there is potential for cosmetic damage in the treated area(s). Contractor not liable
for cosmetic repairs caused by this process.
5 Year Annual Service Plan
Prepaid 5 year service plan to inspect and maintain products installed.
Push Pier 288
Utility locates will be scheduled and completed before installation starts.
Individual Piers pushed to a depth greater that fifty feet (50') will incur additional cost at $30 per foot. Final results will not be known
until installation is completed.
Contract Notes
*contractor to hire 3rd party engineer for finaligd,OAR and wyitl handle permitting..Contractor does not claim to be an engineer. *Customer
to have obstructions moved prior to installation. *Contractor will remove concrete as necessary, however will not be responsible for replacement.
*Customer understands that soil in the area is continuously moving, and additional mitigation for moisture control/additional pier proofing
may be required later on, *Customer understands that areas that are not being pierred may continue to settle and may require additional
work.

A full perimeter drainage system with Sump pump was recommended.
Stabilization is warrantied. Contractor can attempt to lift at owners request.
