This letter is to serve as the final correspondence on the connection of this building to
the existing treatment area as discussed in the Building Permit Plans. Based on the
initial observation of the site and observations of components in place by personnel
from Zancanella and Associates, and on photographs and other information supplied by
the contractor and suppliers, we believe that this ISDS system was installed in
accordance with the intent of the design. We have attached annotated photographs
which show the building connections and sewer main route.
