Hello Lindsay the reason for the bathroom in that office is because I want to study the plans and do
take offs there and sometimes people like owners of homes or even my workers want to come to my
house to see the plans and I don't want to bring them to my house so I want to see them there and if
they ask me for a bathroom I like to let them use that one and not my house one and that happens
usually ones or twice a month
