Good Morning Tonia
I am just waiting to receive a completed and signed application form in order to process your request for a
building permit. The valuation field on the application form with help us calculate the fees due for this
project. In this case, the valuation should be based off of the cost to complete the work initially and for
repairs recommended by your engineer. It is our policy that any work done without a permit is subject to a
penalty fee equal to the permit fee. This penalty fee is in addition to the permit and plan check fee. All fees
are due at time of submittal. Because our office is closed to the public it is most convenient to pay these
fees via credit card over the phone. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
