STATEMENT OF AUTHORITY
1. This Statement of Authority is for: CATHERINE STORE VENTURES, LLC.
2. CATHERINE STORE VENTURES, LLC, is a Colorado limited liability company.
3. The current mailing address for CATHERINE STORE VENTURES, LLC, is: 15783
Highway 82, Carbondale, Colorado 81623.
4. Rhonda Black is authorized by CATHERINE STORE VENTURES, LLC, without
limitation, to execute instruments necessary to encumber, or otherwise affect title to certain real
property to be refinanced by it, in Garfield County, Colorado, to wit:
A tract of land situated in Lot 3, Section 31, Township 7 South, Range 87 West of the
6th Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly right-of-way of Colorado State Highway No. 82 at the
intersection with the Westerly right-of-way line of Garfield County Road 100 whence the
witness corner to the Northeast Corner of said Section 31 bears N. 62°59'E. 2285.40 feet;
thence N. 8o°oo'W 222.28 feet along the Southerly right-of-wayline of said State Highway
No. 82; thence S. io°3o'W 134.15 feet; thence S. 79°4530" E. 247.29 feet to a point on the
Westerly right-of-way line of said County Road 100; thence N. 137.27 feet along the
Westerly right-of-way line to the point of beginning, Garfield County, Colorado.
5. This Statement of Authority is executed and delivered pursuant to C.R.S. §38-3&-172 by
the undersigned on behalf of: CATHERINE STORE VENTURES, LLC.
6. This Statement of Authority amends, supercedes and replaces in all respects any prior
Statement of Authority given by CATHERINE STORE VENTURES, LLC.
7. The undersigned intends and understands that the representations contained in this
Statement of Authority will be relied upon by third -parties, expressly including but not limited
to Attorneys Title Insurance Agency of Aspen, LLC, relating to the refinance of the above
described real property.
