I. To remove and haul away existing shingle roof (APPROX 950 SQ FT).
2. To install 4"x2" drip flashing on all roof perimeter in color of choice.
3. To install Titanium PSU ice and water shield 6' up from eaves, in valleys, up walls, and around all protrusions.
4. To install Feltex synthetic underlayment on remaining roof.
5. To install GAF Timberline HD shingles (Limited Lifetime Warranty) in color of choice.
6. To install new pipe flashings as needed.
7. To install new step flashings on walls.
8. To install continuous ridge vent and cap.
9. To clean up job site.

S70 PER HOUR PLUS MATERIALS TO REPLACE ANY ROTTEN WOOD AND FASCIA

10% MILITARY DISCOUNT - $500

We propose hereby to furnish material and labor - complete in accordance with the above specifications for the sum of:
FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS.
With Payments to be made as follows: 1/2 DOWN PAYMENT - REMAINDER DUE UPON COMPLETION.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications invalvusg extra casts will be
executed only upon written order. and will become an extra charge over and
above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays
beyond our control.
