Delaney Detached Garage Permit ApplicatiQn
Good Morning -
Please see the attached application packet for a detached metal building at 131
Black Bear Rd Glenwood Springs CO 81601. The building will be located further in
from the property lines of where the old cabin set, Survey Attached. Please let us
know if we need to provide additional survey information. We need to have a
permit in place to start the fabrication of the building so I was hoping to get the ball
rolling on your review end.
I do have a copy of the application for David "Ralph" Delaney (owner) to sign the
next time we meet.
