I have went out and inspected the property at 14 River View Place, Parachute, CO on Battlement
Mesa this property does not qualify for a driveway exemption because it sets at the corner of Willow
Creek Trail and River View place both being County Roads and this property has curb all the way around
it with no drop curb access points.
