AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) 2) SEE PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. 3) PROPOSED BUILDING IS APPROVED AS ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO RESIDENTIAL USE. CHANGE IN USE AND/OR OCCUPANCY MAY REQUIRE A LAND -USE CHANGE PERMIT AND/OR ADDITIONAL BUILDING PERMIT. 4) A WALK-THROUGH SIDE -HINGED DOOR (MIN. SIZE: 36" WIDE X 80" HT.) FOR EGRESS IS REQUIRED. 5) IF BUILDING IS TO BE HEATED - AT PRESENT OR FUTURE - SEE ITEMS #59, 62, 63, 64, 65 AND 71 OF PLAN ATTACHMENTS. 6) IF STRUCTURE IS INTENDED TO BE HEATED, BUILDING SHALL CONFORM TO 2009 I.E.C.C. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING R-10 RIGID INSULATION AT CONCRETE SLAB EDGE ALONG PERIMETER OF FOUNDATION (PER I.E.C.C., SECTION 402.2.8) 7) GARFIELD COUNTY FOUNDATION, FRAMING AND FINAL/CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED. 8) ALL HIGH -STRENGTH BOLTING AND/OR FIELD WELDING REQUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR. APPROVAL REPORT REQUIRED AT FINAL INSPECTION. 9) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY STATE OF COLORADO ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
