BODY SHOP — CAR REPAIR CENTER
Based on the anticipated low trip generation associated the addition to the body shop and
review of the ITE Trip Generation Handbook the body shop use shall be assessed Traffic
Impact Fees at the Industrial Use Rate.
This determination was made based on review and direction by the Director of Community
Development.
