I, Kevin Freed, along with the owner, installed all of the plumbing, the boilers and hot water baseboards,
radiant floor heat, woodburning fireplace and all propane appliances, in the two cabins located on the
Joel Leonard property in New Castle, CO.
These systems were installed to the building codes in place during the 2012-2013 and inspected by a
licensed plumber at the time. The radiant floor heat was installed in 2017 and inspected by a licensed
plumber, as well.
