RE: Lot 24 Final Design Submittal

Thank you for the submittal of your home to the Design Review Committee. The DRC
has reviewed your plans for lot 24 and found them in compliance with the Design
Control Guidelines provided you meet the following conditions:
• Final exterior materials and color samples to be provided for review and signoff
prior to their installation.
• A completion deposit of $20,000 prior to commencement of construction.
With this letter and deposit, you may begin construction. Thank you for your thoughtful
responses throughout the process. You and your home will be a wonderful addition to
the neighborhood.
