Jim:
I have begun reviewing plans submitted for a new pump house building for Aspen Equity Group/Cattle Creek Water
Association, but we cannot continue our review of these plans until we receive a complete submittal package. More
specifically, the following items were not included in the plans submitted to our office:
1. Site Plan — We need to have a more detailed site plan showing location of the proposed pump house building
with dimensions from property lines and access to the building depicted better than what has been submitted as
part of SGM's drawings. Please review and comply with our site plan requirements as described on the building
permit application checklist.
2. Building Plans — No building plans have been submitted. The foundation plan included in SGM's package
references a "Pre -Manufactured Building" but there is no information included. Please submit to our office plans
including floor plans, exterior elevations, sections, etc. as described in our building permit application checklist.
We also require Structural Engineering for the Pre -Manufactured Building including minimum design
requirements (applicable building code reference, wind/snow loads, wind Toads, etc.) that demonstrate
compliance with Garfield County's minimum building requirements (see attached).
Please submit this missing information to our office at your earliest opportunity so that we may continue our review of
these plans. In the meantime, we will place this project in our "pending" file while awaiting these items.
Thank you for your assistance —

Jim:
In addition to the original email I sent to you last Tuesday (see below) I have also attached a Building Guide for a one-
story detached garage that provides you with the same type of information we need to see defining how the frame
structure will be built above the foundation as designed by SGM Engineers — wall/roof framing sizes, spacing, sheathing,
insulation, etc. If we can get a floor plan, elevations & cross-section that will probably work for us.
Thanks,
Dave Argo
