Project Scope for #30239 Hwy 6 & 24 Rifle, CO
House Renovation
1. Bathroom — install a new vanity, renovate existing flooring, update toilet and tub and
update lighting.
2. Install Washer/Dryer — convert the 2°d bedroom closet area to a laundry closet combo.
3. Kitchen — install new cabinets and sink, renovate flooring, install new/used appliances
and update lighting.
4. Upgrade electrical wiring for the house.
5. Install (9) new windows, (2) exterior doors and (1) interior door. Install egress windows
in all required areas.
6. Dry Wall Finish, Paint and Refinish Flooring — Install new skip trowel finish,
cosmetically repair all dry wall patches and scratches, not to exceed 30 Sq. Ft., primer
and paint interior of house, sand and refinish existing wood flooring.
7. Install a new onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS). Take out of service and
abandon in place the existing old OWTS concrete tank.

The house renovation project is estimated to take 10 to 12 weeks. The project is planned
to start upon receiving a Garfield County Bldg. Permit.
