Dimensions of buildings are: 24 x 72 ft with a height of 11.5 ft., six bay storage, 1,728 sq ft
50 x 60 ft with a height of 20.5 ft., 3000 sq ft

Design specifications:
Garage for vehicle storage only, smaller garage to hold 6 cars, larger garage to hold 12 cars.
Steel building with concrete floor. Buildings are to be insulated but are not being heated. Small building
will not have electric. Large building will. We already have electric to our fabric building. That one will
be removed and the 50' x 60' will be built in its place. We will have the electric service transferred to
the building. The only occupancy will be to park vehicles or to remove them.
