Hello NoeIle,
The interior remodel for the Engles residence is approved.
The exterior remodel is approved with the exception of the outdoor TV. Outdoor
speakers and TVs are considered to be in violation of the following conditions:

7. Peaceful Community: Residents in Aspen Glen expect that Tenants, their guests,
and their invitees respect their right to privacy and quiet enjoyment of their homes
and community. Therefore, loud noise, such as outside music and honking of horns,
loud voices, noxious odors, hazardous or offensive activity, etc. are strictly prohibited,
considered a nuisance, and will be dealt with accordingly.
Thank you for your detailed submission. There is no charge to the homeowner for the
processing of this application. Please be sure that the dumpster is kept covered and
the porta John is screened from public view to the best extent possible. Dumpsters
are not allowed in the street and no vehicles or trailers are to be parked overnight in
the street or on the property without advanced written permission from the DRC.
I have attached a copy of the Construction Rules and Regulations for your review. It is
the responsibility of the homeowner to make sure their contractors abide by these
rules. The homeowner must sign this document and return to my attention before the
commencement of construction.
