I am letting you know that the fire sprinkler system in 1-9 Native Springs Rd has been tested and inspected/approved to
allow the owner to install dry-wall in the rooms and ceiling. I will need to complete one more final inspection prior to
the issuance of the C of o for the residence.

I talked to Mike Ruiz this morning about the required sprinkler system in his new to be built house located at 19 Native
Springs in Rifle. Mike understands that he will need to install a fire sprinkler system in his new home before he can
obtain his C of O for his new home. I am ok with you issuing a building permit.
