PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
A Parcel of land situated in H.E.S. No. 54 in Section 26, Township 4 South,
Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. being more particularly described as fellows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said H.E.S. No. 54 whence Comer No. 9
of said H.E.S. No. 54 bears North 32'52'31" West 840.49 feet, thence along said
East line South 3752'31" East 390.31 feet; thence departing said East line South
60'04'57" West 893.2 feet to the East line of County Rood No. 243; thence
along said right of way and along the arc of a curve to the left having a length
of 136.05 feet, a radius of 316.50 feet, and a central angle of 24'37'46", the
chord of which bears North 24'51'17" West 135.01 feet; thence North 3710'10"
West 73.60 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a length of
150.45 feet, a radius of 208.80 feet, and a central angle of 4117'00", the chord
of which bears North 16'31'40" West 147.21 feet; thence North 04'06150" East
375.00 feet; thence departing said right of way North 83'31'38" East 682.85 feet
to the Point of Beginning.

3. Date of field survey :September 1, 2020.

Datum: Elevation information shown hereon is based upon GPS
observations utilizing OPUS, Geoid 18 to derive the NAVD88 elevation
of 6159.38' at the top of a 1.25" Plastic Cap on 5/8" Rebar, as
shown hereon.
Contour Interval: 1 Feet.
