Additional support to guard rails on balcony above stair runs all levels. 2. Water pan under water heaters for 3 -bedroom apartments, if a floor drain is not present. 3. Grout or shim under staircase bases. 4. Guardrail or fence above the rock wall outside the back of the building to keep people from walking or falling off the edge. 5. Road and Bridge Dept. sign off for access and work in the ROW. See Permit Conditions item 5. We did review Matt's items regarding handrail extension, building address posting, and step painting. Also discussed was drainage off the property onto the neighboring properties. This will need to be monitored to see if a problem exists. Historic drainage from the property must be maintained. We also discussed the draft stops in the attic in leu of sprinklers in the attic. Please call when you are ready for a re -inspect. Thanks, Andy Schwaller
