We visited the site at TBD County Road 134 near Glenwood Springs in Garfield County,
Colorado to observe the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) installation pursuant to
OWTS Permit # SEPT-6340. During site visits on June 29, August 24, and November 2, 2020
as well as documented by the supplemental photos you provided, we were able to view the
system components, including a 1,000-gallon two compartment septic tank with an effluent
filter, the new sewer line, distribution box, and three chamber trenches. The tank was installed
level with access brought to grade. The three chamber trenches consist of 15 Infiltrator Quick 4
Plus Standard chambers per row, for 45 total chambers and a total STA of 540 ft2. In our
opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS
Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required
regarding this permit. Please provide an As -Built drawing of the system, when available, for our
files.
