NOTICE

Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Water heater to be 18" above garage floor 2408.2 IRC
Remove all construction material from crawl space 408.5 IRC
Add landing outside of man door in garage 311.3 IRC
Add fire protection of floor 302.13 IRC and redlined drawings
Provide combustion air calculations for water heater for grill size
and verify that only a low opening is needed for heater
