CORRECTION
NOTICE

Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Caulk exterior penetrations
Add metal pan under water heater
Provide 30" clear workspace in front of water heater
Provide combustion air for water heater
Add drip leg downstream of valve on water heater
Add permanent ladder to crawl space
Remove construction debris and material from crawl space 408.5 IRC
Shut off valve to be downstream of drip leg on furnace
Seal crawl space plastic and patch all holes in plastic
Remove smoke covers
Glue or chain gas key at fireplace
Add landing outside of patio doors
