WORK AT THE PROJECT SITE IS SPECIFICALLY HELD TO PROVISIONS OF THIS REQUIREMENT. 4) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT THE STRUCTURE — INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS — WILL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING ENVELOPE LIMITATIONS. 5) GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER TO PROVIDE OPEN -HOLE INSPECTION REPORT VERIFYING 3,000 P.S.F. SOILS BEARING CAPACITY. 6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
