Subject: Colohan Exemption - Parcel B
We are currently reviewing plans for a new guest house, detached garage and covered patio for the above referenced
project, but before we can finalize our review and issue permits we need to receive the following information:
1. Statement of Authority — Both building permit applications and the "Property Owner's Certificate of Compliance
for ADU" have been signed by the builder (not the property owner) which we cannot accept without a written &
signed statement of authorization from the property owner. Please submit to our office or, alternately, we need
for the property owner to sign the building permit & ADU applications for this work.
2. Soils Report — Our office requires that a copy of the soils report referenced on the Structural Engineer's
drawings be submitted to our office for our information and review. Please send us a digital copy via email.
Thank you for your prompt attention in addressing these outstanding items. Until we receive this supplemental
information this permit application will be placed in our "Pending Projects" file.
