Attached is the specific plat note for Filing 8 at Aspen Glen which references fireplace requirements. Please share this language
with Christine at The Fireplace Company and she should be able to verify compliance of the woodstove your clients would like
to specify.

E) 1) No open hearth solid—fuel burning fireplaces will be allowed
anywhere within Aspen Glen with the exception of four (4)
fireplaces in the clubhouse and fireplaces currently in place in
existing residences
2) All dwelling units will be allowed an unrestricted number of
natural gas burning fireplaces or appliances; and
3) AN dwelling units will be allowed no more than one now
the
burning stove as defined by C.l? S. 25-7--401• et seq.
regulations promulgated thereunder.
