HomeMy WebLinkAboutACC Approval Letter 07.07.2020Pinyon Peaks Architectural Control Committee July 7, 2020 Carla Ostberg Via Email Re: ACC Approval for Lot 10, Pinyon Peaks Carla, The ACC has reviewed the drawings you submitted for Lot 10 dated 06/10/2019 and approve them as submitted. This approval does not constitute a building permit. This must be obtained from Garfield County Building Department. In general, we ask that you limit tree removal to just that required for construction and to create and maintain a defensible fire zone around the structure. Exterior lighting should be kept to an absolute minimum and be non source oriented. Pursuant to the Covenants, construction is limited to 18 months once begun. Construction access through Pinyon Peaks should be timed so as to avoid the thaw periods when we see the moat road damage. You will be responsible for any road damage caused by construction so it would be to your advantage to photo document the roads prior to construction. Good luck with your new construction and if there is anything I, or any member of the ACC can do to help, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely Tom Stevens President, Pinyon Peaks Homeowners Association Director, Pinyon Peaks Architectural Control Committee
