This Contract Renewal Letter is issued pursuant to the current Garfield County
Procurement Code and paragraph 2 of the "Standard County Contract For Goods"
("Contract") recorded with the Garfield County, Colorado Clerk and Recorder Office at �No
Reception No. 846259 dated February 12, 2014, between the Board of County ®°`r{
Commissioners of Garfield County ("Board") and Western Slope Materials. LLC. The
Contract is renewed for a second additional one (1) year term, beginning January 1,
2016, and ending December 31, 2016. The aggregate compensation to be paid during
this renewal term of the Contract shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars,
($500,000.00) to be allocated among ail gravel providers on an as needed basis at the
sole discretion of Garfield County. The Price per Ton of Goods Shall be as follows:

This Contract Renewal Letter amends paragraph three (3) and Exhibit "A" of the above -
described Contract. Except as noted above, all other terms and conditions of the
Contract remain unchanged and in full force and effect. If the terms of this Contract
Renewal Letter are acceptable to you, then please sign this letter and return it to the
Procurement Department no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday December 7, 2015 via
email (with scan) to rpeskuski(a�garfield-county.com so as to avoid contract expiration.
