RMNG will be constructing within their fenced DeBeque Compressor Station (Station) facility, situated on
BLM-managed lands, a 40-ft by 80-ft metal building. This building will have three shop bays, a 20-ft by 40-
ft office area, a one-stool/sink bathroom, and one utility/eye wash station. For wastewater containment,
a 1,500 gallon pre -cast concrete tank with a visual and audible signaling device will be installed on the
south side of the building, as depicted on the attached Site Plan. The signal device to be installed on the
buried tank will be the SJE Rhombus Tank Alert XT Alarm. (Please see picture below of the actual device
to be installed)

This Station is designated as an unmanned facility so occupancy of the office area would not be fulltime
nor on a daily basis. Therefore, wastewater flow is not expected to meet nor exceed 300 gallons/day and
is anticipated to be significantly less. Once installed, the device will be set to signal when pumping is
needed when levels reach 75% of the tank's capacity.
