To Whom it Concerns,
I am writing this letter on behalf of the Spring Pasture Water
Association. After the meeting of October 6th, 2020, we have voted to not
accept any land owners to add any ADU onto our well system which supplies
Tract 23, 24, and 25. After much discussion it was decided at a 2 to 1 vote
that this would not be accepted on the Spring Pasture Water Association well
now or any time in the future on this well. Any ADU's that are built must
drill their own water for their dwelling. For any questions please feel free
