the Mid- Point Elevation of the roof as defined by the Garfield County Building Code in determining mid -roof height
and mean pre -construction grade is 8131.86' and is 22.86' above the pre -construction midgrade of 8109 as shown on
the approved architectural site plan and is based upon a site benchmark (8102.74) and that the Site Plan/
Topographical survey that complies with the National Map Accuracy Standards for Topographic Maps.
