Hi Staci,
Please accept this email as confirmation that Clayton Homes has paid for six (6) sewer tap fees to the West
Glenwood Springs Sanitation District.
The taps have been applied to: 436/438 Mtn. Shadow, 432/434 Mtn. Shadow and 428/430 Mtn. Shadow.
Clayton Homes is also current on their sewer service fees through 12/31/2020.

I've received word that West Glenwood Springs Sanitation (the sewer provider for Mtn. Shadows' neighborhood)
will be the agency you need to contact for proof of tap fees paid. You can reach them at 970-945-6069.
