(2) A PUD Plan indicating the broad concept of the proposed development. Such Plan shall clearly indicate:
(a) The maximum number of dwelling units proposed within the overall area;
(b) The minimum acreage which will be dedicated to Common Open Space;
(c) The type of uses proposed and the acreage devoted to each use;
(d) Major internal circulation systems;
(e) The acreage, which will be dedicated for school, sites;
(f) The general nature and location of commercial and industrial uses, if any, to be located in the PUD;
(g) Provision for water, sewer, telephone, electricity, gas and cable television, if applicable; and
Please refer to the following Zone Districts Map and PUD Master Plan (maps) and the Land Use
Summary for a comelete presentation of the information requested in items (a) through (d). For
a description of the information requested by item (d) refer to Section 4.08.05 (7) (f) — Access.
Regarding (e) no school site isroposed since Sopris Elementary School is located within two
miles of the site. At the time of final subdivision platting standard cash in lieu impact fees will be
paid as specified by County Subdivision Regulations. Re -1 School District has previously
informed the Applicant that a school site was not desired on the property.
No commercial or industrial uses are proposed.
A detailed discussion and graphic presentation of the central water and wastewater systems
information is presented in Section 4.08.05 (2)(e).
Telephone, electricity, natural gas and cable television will be installed underground within the
amended PUD and in accordance with plans designed or specified by the utility companies
serving this area.
