PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAL REPORT FROM GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT. PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) ACCESORY DWELLING UNITS (ADUs) ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CALLICOTTE RANCH SUBDIVISION (AS PER PLAT NOTE #28). 7) WOOD SHINGLES OR SHAKES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CALLICOTTE RANCH SUBDIVISION (AS PER PLAT NOTE #32). 8) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
