INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE (I.F.C.) AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION
CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES REDLINED
ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2,000 P.S.F.
4) INSTALLATION OF A RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS REQUIRED, AND SYSTEM
SHALL BE DESIGNED IN COMPLIANCE WITH N.F.P.A. 13R OR 13D. VERIFY ALL FIRE
SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH LOCAL FIRE
DISTRICT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF FIRE DISTRICT'S ROUGH -IN APPROVAL PRIOR TO
FRAME INSPECTION AND FINAL APPROVAL PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
5) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
