This letter addresses an on -site review of an Onsite Wastewater Treatment System OWTS
installation for a new 3 bedroom single family residentence located at 3200 CR.237 in Garfield
County, CO. Boundaries Unlimited Inc. (BUI) performed an inspection during the systems
construction on June 1, 2017 and reviewed the backfill and grading shortly there after. The
installation included a 1,000-gallon concrete septic tank, Concrete distribution box for three
trenched rows of Quick 4 Infiltrators, 4" inspection port pipes at each end of inflitrators, and
associated piping. Depth of cover over infiltrators was requested to be reduced to approximately
18" during backfilling.
The OWTS system appeared to have been installed in conformance with the intent of the design
and Garfield Courty regulationS . Attached are construction photos and an asbuilt and PDF
Drawing
