RE: General Conformance to Structural Drawings

At your requests, we have periodically observed the condition of the installed framing structure for the buildings noted
above. Our observations were made during a series of Site Observation Visits which occurred between July of 2019 and
August of 2020. We reviewed the structural conditions visible at the time of our visits. Our reviews were based upon a
Construction Set of drawings sealed by our office, dated July 1, 2019, as well as coordinated modifications made to the
structure and approved throughout construction.
All known coordinated modifications to our construction drawings were noted in either an email directive sent from our
office, a drafted sketch issued as SSK-01 through SSK-13 or one of five "Report of Site Observations" issued between
August, 2019 and March, 2020.
It is our professional opinion that the observed structures are in general conformance with the structural construction
documents composed by our office. Should you have any further questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact
