A site visit to observe construction progress for Building 1 was completed for the above referenced project. At the
time of the site visit, the following observations were made:
1. The section of corridor foundation footing slated for reconstruction had been formed up and most of the
reinforcing was in place.
The following items were noted and/or discussed with the Contractor while on site:
1. Footing reinforcing was still in the process of being chaired up to the specified clear distance to bottom of
footing
With the completion of the above noted items, construction appears to be progressing in general conformance with the
Contract Documents.
