Partch, P.E. on: 1. April 30, 2020 2. May 11, 2020 3. May 12, 2020 4. May 14, 2020 5. May 15, 2020 Observations were conducted of all accessible areas of the trusses, the majority of which were fully exposed at this time. The observations were limited by some installation of finish soffit materials and HVAC installations. This report is based on our site observations, research of available records, and experience with structures of this type in this area. Our observations were limited by the presence of backfill, finish materials, and physical constraints. Unseen defects or conditions may exist that could affect the structural integrity of the structures observed. The observations, interpretations and conclusions herein have been conducted to the standard of care ordinarily practiced by other engineers in this area at this time.
