Dear Mr. Morris,
A representative of Huddleston-Berry Engineering and Testing, LLC (HBET) tested the soil compaction
on October 9, 13, 2020.
Periodic testing for the subject project is complete and any exceptions have been corrected. The
subsurface soil conditions on the lot are consistent with the referenced report. Therefore, based upon the
recommendations in the referenced report, the subgrade is adequate for foundations constructed using an
Maximum Allowable Bearing Capacity of 2000 psf.
