Please see attached.
Wyatt said it is a prescriptive easement for the County road. This drawing from our surveyor shows a 25' set back from
the road plus 9.1-'. So we should have 34.1-' from edge of pavement. He said technically our property boundary should be
edge of pavement and that typically the industry would consider that an error in the property line/description.
Not sure where to go from here. We meet the intent of the 25' setback but I also understand the technical aspect of 25'
from property line.
