RE: Foundation construction at 886 Mesa Drive - Rifle, CO
Dear Sirs,
The purpose for this letter is to inform you that Sharper Engineering Services has completed
on -site observations during the construction of the foundation for the residential dwelling unit at
the above referenced address in the Rifle Creek Estates subdivision north of Rifle, Colorado.
Based on the observations that were performed, it would be our professional opinion that the
construction of this foundation is in general conformance with the Foundation Plan prepared by
Sharper Engineering Services, Job #19-226, dated September 5, 2019. In addition, during our
observations, Sharper also verified the placement and installation of the ufer ground bar.
