'1375 Quicksilver Court) Garfield County, Colorado Project No. GS06392.002-305 As requested, CTL I Thompson, lnc. made a site visit on July 23, 2A20 b the location of the shop building being constructed on Lot 5 of the Quicksilver Court Subdivision (a.k.a. 1375 Quicksilver Court) in Garfield County, Colorado. The purpose of our visit was to observe the soils exposed in the foundation exca- vation for the building. Footíngs for the building were constructed prior to our visit. A copy of our excavation observation report and photographs from our site visit are attached. CTL I Thompson, lnc. performed a geotechnicalengineering investigation for the shop building on Lot 5 (Project No. GS06392.002-120; letter dated June 22, 2020). Subsoils exposed in the bottom of the excavation, adjacent to the footings, were clayey gravel and cobbles. These soils are as anticipated from our geotechnical engineering investigation and suitable for support of footings.
