Sopris Engineering, LLC (SE) has written this letter as requested for verification that the installation of the
detention ponds at the southern end of the subdivision were installed to maintain historic drainage flows.
SE performed a site visit on November 23rd, 2020 to review the detention ponds. Based upon the site visit
the ponds needed minor grading work.
SE performed a second site visit on November 30th, 0u and . 0tionsverified that the ponds have been regraded
and are in compliance with the required drainage
As such, SE has confirmed that the storm water detention will maintain the discharge to the historic flows
and is in compliance with the SE's Drainage Report Dated Maty 17th of 2017.
