RE: Mountains Shadows Place Subdivision Improvements — Release Request
Dear Yancy:
Thank you for your letter of request regarding the release of the Subdivision
Improvements Security for the Mountain Shadows Place Minor Subdivision and thank you
for discussing with me by phone some additional details associated with the status of the
project infrastructure.
This letter is intended to offer a status update on our review of your request:
• Pursuant to Section 3.H. of the SIA, submittal of Stamped Record Drawings is required
prior to consideration of the release. We have not received the drawings at this time.
I will review with the Director of Community Development compliance with this
requirement.
• You indicated that a supplemental letter had been prepared regarding final work on
detention and stormwater management features. The County should be copied on
the supplemental letter. I will check-in with the Building Department on the status of
this topic.
• You provided updates on coordination with both the West Glenwood Sanitation District
and the City of Glenwood Springs Water Department. The County should be copied
on any acceptance letters from these entities confirming the installations meet their
requirements.
